Peter Tsukahira
Peter Tsukahira, Co-Founder of Kehilat HaCarmel and its related ministries, moved to Israel in 1987. He has authored five books: his newest, “IRREPLACEABLE,” which addresses the error of “replacement” teaching about Israel; "My Father’s Business," containing guidelines for ministry in the marketplace; "God’s Tsunami," a look at prophetic fulfillment involving Israel in the end times, "Culture of the Kingdom,” which includes Peter’s testimony; and “EQUIP," a manual for becoming an effective disciple in God’s kingdom. Peter’s teaching brings an understanding of God’s heart and strategic purposes for Israel and the Church. David Davis
David Davis, Founder of Kehilat HaCarmel and House of Victory, came to the Lord in the midst of a successful acting career on Broadway and television in New York City in the mid-1980’s. He and his wife Karen immigrated to Israel in 1989. David’s inspiring book “The Road to Carmel” chronicles their dramatic journey from the world of theater and the arts to the pioneering of ministries on Mount Carmel. David’s foundational book “The Elijah Legacy” is a powerful end-time prophetic message for the Body of Messiah in Israel and the nations. Colin & Helen Mitchell



Colin and Helen Mitchell serve on the leadership team of Kehilat HaCarmel. Colin ministers internationally, with a burden to share the significance of Israel and to bless the Body of Messiah in the nations. They are the authors of "Let’s Go Up to Jerusalem,” a call to pilgrimage with the Psalms of Ascent, "Signposts & Waymarks," an exploration into the Hebrew meanings of 36 Old Testament place names, and "The Spirit of Adoption," revealing God’s heart for you, your nation, and His ancient people Israel.

Andrey Teplinsky




Andrey Teplinsky emigrated from the former Soviet Union and now serves on the leadership team of Kehilat HaCarmel. He is the founder of “Carmel Streams,” a bridge between Israel and the nations, and regularly leads study and intercessory tours to Israel. Andrey’s books include "Israel: The Apple of His Eye," from God’s Covenant with Abraham to Modern Times, "Israel: Election, Unbelief, Salvation," an inside look at Romans, chapters 9 -11, “Character,” growth and development in the Lord; and “Influence," responding to the call of God.

Coleen Baker

Coleen Baker has been writing faith-based stories for kids of all ages since 2014—most having Israeli or biblical themes. She serves as one of Kehilat HaCarmel’s worship leaders and has worked with children for more than ten years. She and her husband immigrated to Israel as newlyweds, and now have three grown children, two powerhouse grandchildren and a dog. You can see her books at her website.

Karen Davis






Karen Davis, Worship Director and Co-Founder of Kehilat HaCarmel, is an internationally known Messianic songwriter and recording artist. Israel has been Pam’s home after immigrating from the United States in the 1970's.
She been a part of Kehilat HaCarmel since its beginning, where her gifts as a Bible teacher and “psalmist” have blessed many.
Her music expresses the depth of God’s love for His people, Israel and for the bride of Messiah.
